Biography

Torsten Göhlert is a partner at KPMG Law and a member of the practice group “Construction and Real Estate”. His specialty is private construction and architectural law. From advising on numerous complex construction projects, he has extensive practical experience in drafting and negotiating planning and construction contracts, providing legal advice during construction, and representing clients in court in construction matters.

With his team of specialized lawyers, Torsten Göhlert primarily advises and represents public clients in the award and implementation of major construction projects, but also project developers, medium-sized companies and planning offices. In doing so, he always emphasizes a solution-oriented approach with a view to the success of the overall project.
