Stella Diez has been admitted to the bar since 2019 and has already gained several years of professional experience in transaction advice as part of her employment at Taylor Wessing Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB.
Since October 2021, she has been working in the Legal Deal Advisory department at KPMG Law’s Munich office and advises German and international companies as well as financial institutions and investors across all industries on company acquisitions and sales, reorganizations, restructurings and general corporate law issues.
