As a Senior Manager at KPMG Law in Hamburg, Peter Plennert advises our clients on M&A transactions as well as on all matters of commercial and corporate law.
A particular focus of his work for several years has been advising family businesses. Only those who understand the special relationship between family and business are able to provide sound advice and support to family businesses. Peter Plennert has also demonstrated his extensive expertise in this field through numerous publications.
Together with his colleagues, he provides advice and assistance to companies and private individuals both in M&A transactions and in corporate law measures such as company formations and structural changes as well as in restructurings and the drafting of complex contractual arrangements (e.g. cash pool agreements).
Peter Plennert has also built up extensive expertise in accounting issues and disclosure requirements over the past years
