Miriam Golla studied law at the University of Leipzig. Subsequently, she successfully completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden, main office of the Regional Court of Leipzig.
Miriam Golla is a Senior Manager at KPMG Law. She handles a wide variety of mandates relating to insolvency law and advises companies and managing directors both in the enforcement of claims and with regard to the defense against claims and the avoidance of liability risks. One focus of her work is the management of asset and liability litigation. Miriam Golla has extensive practical experience in defending and asserting insolvency avoidance claims.
In addition, Miriam Golla advises our clients on all matters of labor law. Miriam Golla assists clients with all issues related to individual and collective labor law. A significant part of her work involves representing clients in labor court proceedings at all levels of jurisdiction.
