Miriam Golla studied law at the University of Leipzig. Subsequently, she successfully completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden, main office of the Regional Court of Leipzig.
Consulting focus
Miriam Golla is a manager at KPMG Law. She handles a wide variety of mandates relating to insolvency law and advises companies and managing directors both in the enforcement of claims and with regard to the defense against claims and the avoidance of liability risks. One focus of her work is the management of asset and liability litigation. Miriam Golla has extensive practical experience in defending and asserting insolvency avoidance claims.
