Biography

Maximiliane Prüm has been working as a lawyer in the field of restructuring and M&A since 2011. It specializes in consulting in the Life Sciences and Chemicals, Transport & Leisure and Technology, Media & Telecommunications sectors. Together with her clients, Maximiliane Prüm develops optimal strategies for the acquisition and sale of companies as well as in connection with international carve-out and integration projects.

Maximiliane Prüm is regularly involved in large and complex M&A transactions and multinational corporate restructurings where speed and creativity are required.
