Biography

Marlon Wehrenberg joined KPMG Law as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department at the end of 2020. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and complex reorganizations in various industries. He has a strong focus on PE transactions and is part of KPMG’s Private Equity Group.

Marlon Wehrenberg studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, where he also completed his doctorate in foundation law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle with stages at Freshfields in Hamburg, KPMG Law in Hanover and the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digitalization.
