Lars Meixner has more than 25 years of experience in providing legal advice to clients in national and international M&A transactions and has been recommended by JUVE as a lawyer in the area of Corporate/M&A for many years. In addition, he has extensive expertise in the legal support of national and international corporate group reorganization projects, including restructurings, carve-outs and legal entity reductions.
He also advises numerous companies on general commercial and corporate law and provides support in the context of ongoing corporate housekeeping. As head of KPMG Law’s US Country Practice, he particularly advises US companies on their investments in Germany as well as companies from the DACH region on their investments in the USA.
