Kathrin Brügger has been working as a lawyer since 2011 and as a specialist in labor law since 2016. She has many years of experience in advising German and international companies on individual and collective labor law.
One focus of her advice is on the EU Posting of Workers Directive, including consideration of reporting and registration requirements and compliance with Equal Pay requirements. In addition, she advises on cross-border and national transactions (inter alia on transfer of business issues) as well as on reorganization and restructuring projects (inter alia on works council negotiations). Kathrin Brügger also has many years of experience in the structuring of employment and service relationships as well as in the planning of complex separation processes.
