Giorgina Cavallo studied law as well as media science and media law at the University of Cologne. After her bar admission in 2018, Giorgina Cavallo worked for an international commercial law firm in Berlin in the field of intellectual property law before joining KPMG Law in 2019. She has successfully completed the specialist course in intellectual property law.
Consulting focus
Giorgina Cavallo advises national and international companies and start-ups from various industries on all aspects of intellectual property law and enforces her clients claims in and out of court. The focus of her work is on the defense of intellectual property rights, including proceedings to be brought before the relevant offices, strategic development and advice on intellectual property rights concepts, as well as the drafting and negotiation of IP contracts. She assists in IP law transactions and has experience in media, competition and copyright law.
