Florian von Kampen is a Senior Manager at KPMG Law and advises national and international clients on corporate law issues. This includes, in particular, advice on corporate governance structures, transactions and group structuring as well as compliance issues. Florian worked in the financial sector for several years. A particular focus of his work is in the banking sector.
Before joining KPMG Law, Florian worked as Head of Legal at Scalable Capital (a FinTech startup) and, in addition to general corporate law advice, advised on the implementation of several financing rounds and the establishment of corporate governance structures. Among other things, he was able to gain in-depth experience in financial services and regulatory law as well as in the development of digital business models and related contracts. Previously, Florian worked for leading international law firms in Munich in the areas of corporate law and M&A as well as compliance and internal investigations.
