Magnus Auer is an expert in the structuring and implementation of publicly funded projects. As a lawyer, he advises the federal, state and municipal levels, as well as private funding recipients, on the challenges that arise in public projects from the framework of state aid law, subsidy law, budgetary law and procurement law. In addition, he accompanies construction and infrastructure projects from the perspective of planning and environmental law.
