Folke Werner joined KPMG Law in February 2021 as Chief Human Relations Officer. In this function, he is responsible for the operational and strategic human resources work at KPMG Law. Previously, he was employed as a human resources manager at a leading international commercial law firm as well as another professional services firm. As a doctor of theology with a dissertation on the concept of value, his main areas of activity are employer branding and strengthening employer attractiveness, implementing culture change processes, talent and diversity management, and introducing new work concepts.
