Dr. Claudia Nerius

Biography

As a senior manager, Claudia Nerius advises public sector clients throughout Germany on public commercial law and corporate law, as well as on the interfaces between these areas of law, from her office in Leipzig. She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive advice to public and private companies on corporate structuring and restructuring as well as reorganization projects.
A particular focus of her work is EU state aid law, on which she advises public sector clients, including public venture capital funds in their investment projects.
In addition, Claudia Nerius has also been active for many years in the field of foundation and non-profit law for founders as well as private foundations and public foundations.
