Biography

Daniel Dörstling advises national and international clients as an attorney for KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH at the Nuremberg office.

His practice focuses on corporate law, M&A and litigation, in particular formation and ongoing support of corporations and partnerships, mergers, joint ventures, reorganizations and shareholder disputes.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Daniel Dörstling is currently an external doctoral candidate at the University of Constance.
