Amelie Busmann joined KPMG Law in 2020 in the Legal Financial Services solution line.
Prior to her work as an attorney, she worked as a research assistant in our team and at KPMG AG in the area of Legal Financial Services during her legal clerkship. There she supported projects in the context of restructuring and settlement planning of banks and insurance companies.
Amelie has experience in banking and securities regulatory law as well as corporate law. The focus of her work is on advising on civil and regulatory issues as well as on the implementation of new and existing legal and regulatory requirements.
