Alexander Deja studied law at the University of Hanover. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, including positions at a medium-sized law firm in Hanover and at Volkswagen Bank GmbH. During his studies and legal clerkship, Mr. Deja worked as a research assistant in various law firms in the field of general civil law as well as labor law. He has been practicing as a attorney since 2017. Prior to joining KPMG Law, Mr. Deja spent several years with other leading international law firms in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
Consulting focus
Alexander Deja advises on all issues of individual and collective labor law, including in particular in connection with restructuring projects and labor law issues in the context of corporate transactions. Mr. Deja also advises national and international clients on the cross-border structuring of employment relationships and compliance with obligations in connection with the posting of employees.
