Webcast live series “Regulated trade: Export Controls and Defense”

In our two-part live webcast series “Regulated trade: Export Control and Defense, we shed light on two topics that are becoming increasingly business-critical for companies operating internationally.

The first session will focus on the growing challenges of export control in the area of conflict between compliance, criminal law risks and official investigations.

The second session will cover the special features of defense export control: from the classification of goods to specific inspection and documentation obligations to practical issues in dealing with military goods.
