Biography

As an attorney specializing in labor law at the Stuttgart office, Elena Maria Wicha advises national and international companies on all matters related to individual and collective labor law, as well as social security law.

A key focus of her work is the entire field of third-party staffing: She analyzes existing and past contractual relationships with external employees and temporary workers and assists companies in establishing compliance management systems that ensure the legally compliant hiring and integration of third-party personnel. In addition, she regularly provides support during reorganizations and restructurings—including the negotiation of agreements on the reconciliation of interests and social plans.
