Law of the health care industry
Johanna Keitlinghaus studied law at the University of Cologne. During her legal clerkship in Berlin, she worked for the Scientific Services of the German Bundestag and an international commercial law firm.
She advises companies and the public sector in the healthcare sector. Her practice focuses on industry-specific transactions and restructuring projects, as well as ongoing advice to managing directors and board members on all regulatory issues relating to medical and healthcare law.
