Janina Paris studied law at the FU Berlin. She completed her legal clerkship in Berlin and New York City.
Ms. Paris advises clients, including non-profit organizations, in all areas of corporate law, including association and foundation law as well as reorganization law. In extrajudicial and judicial disputes, in particular shareholder disputes and directors’ and officers’ liability cases, she stands up for her clients.
