Biography

Thomas Schnatz has a broad range of experience in advising on employment law; this expressly includes references to related areas of law such as social security law. His particular focus is on issues relating to collective bargaining and employee representation law in the public sector as well as church individual employment and employee representation law, having spent many years advising clients from the public sector and the healthcare sector. He supports them in particular in the preparation and implementation of reorganizations and restructurings under employment law, but also in connection with all types of cross-company personnel deployment.
