Dr. Isa Alexandra Sadoni strengthens KPMG Law’s Public Commercial Law practice in Hamburg

On October 1, 2019, Dr. Isa Alexandra Sadoni joined KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) as Senior Manager at the Hamburg office. She comes from Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, where she was most recently a Salaried Partner responsible for public procurement and state aid law as well as public commercial law.

Previously, the lawyer worked – both in Hamburg – at Graf von Westphalen for public procurement and state aid law and public commercial law and before that in the same field at Rödl & Partner GbR PMC in the competence center transport. Isa Alexandra Sadoni started her professional career in a commercial law firm in Hamburg.

At KPMG Law, the topic of “New Mobility” is high on Isa Alexandra Sadoni’s agenda. This subject covers a variety of different areas of law, including public procurement and state aid law for the transport sector, regulation, general administrative law, municipal and local constitutional law, and public enterprise law.

The consulting fields consist of the conceptual design and implementation of award procedures for the procurement of transport services, the design of public service contracts as well as transport and financing contracts. In addition, it deals with the preparation of mobility concepts and legal opinions for the admissibility and feasibility of innovative modes of transport.
