KPMG Law advises Volkswagen Financial Services on the acquisition of Voya Group

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH provided legal advice to Volkswagen Financial Services on the acquisition of the business operations of Voya GmbH.

Voya is a business travel management company specializing in the distribution of digital travel services for business travel in Europe. The company’s product solutions handle all travel management processes, such as policy management, bookings and accounting. Travel management for business customers is offered faster, more efficiently and more economically with the software solutions. Voya has locations in Hamburg and Bucharest.

As part of the transaction, KPMG Law provided legal advice and structuring services for the legal due diligence as well as for the drafting and negotiation of the contractual framework underlying the transaction, with a focus on IT and data protection law.
