KPMG Law advises the shareholders of Petermann GmbH on the sale of the company to Human Care HC AB

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH provided legal advice to the shareholders of Petermann GmbH on the sale of all shares in Petermann GmbH.

Petermann GmbH, founded in 2016 and based in Dombühl, is a specialist in the development, production and distribution of aids for immobile people. Human Care HC AB acquired Petermann GmbH by way of a share deal on February 12, 2021.

The Human Care Group is a Swedish company with headquarters in Stockholm and further branches, among others in Alzenau. The Human Care Group provides assistive devices to people with special needs.

As part of the transaction, KPMG Law provided legal advice on the drafting and negotiation of the contractual framework underlying the transaction. KPMG Law worked closely with the tax advisors of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, who handled the tax-related contract drafting.
