KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) is further expanding its Munich office with Linda Oppermann and strengthening the Legal Insurance sector.
Linda Oppermann joined KPMG Law as Senior Manager at the Munich office on September 1, 2021. It belongs to the company founded by
Dr. Ulrich Keunecke
headed by Dr. Ulrich Keunecke.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, Linda Oppermann worked at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in insurance law, insurance regulatory law, intermediary and liability law as well as litigation. Previously, as the owner of a law firm in Hanover, the specialist lawyer for insurance law was already intensively active in the main areas of insurance, intermediary and distribution law. Through her additional training as an insurance specialist (IHK) in the context of her work at DEVK Versicherungen, she also has sound in-house experience in the area of insurance sales.
At KPMG Law, Linda Oppermann will focus on and further develop the areas of insurance contract law and liability law, with a particular focus on the aspect of professional liability on the part of insurers.
