Biography

As part of the Public Sector team, Jan-Christoph Pohl primarily advises public sector clients. His main areas of expertise include advising on all facets of public procurement law and, in particular, the structuring, preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures, especially those for the procurement of project management, planning and construction services. In this context, the interface to private construction law as well as to the law governing architects also forms an essential part of our consulting services. Another focus of his work is legal advice on (subsidized) broadband expansion projects. In addition to public procurement law, subsidy law is a particular focus of our advice.
