Mark Uwe Pawlytta has been handling asset protection for entrepreneurs, private individuals and foundations for more than 20 years and heads this area of KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Germany.

Whether wills, prenuptial agreements, gifts, health care proxies or foundation solutions: Our KPMG network enables us to provide excellent advice, even in international cases.

As a member of the board of zentUma e. V. (Center for Corporate Succession at the University of Mannheim), he is pleased to critically accompany legislative projects and to train lawyers and tax consultants in the field of corporate succession.
