After her admission to the bar in early 2005, Inke Reuter already worked for White & Case LLP until 2008. In 2009, she joined KPMG Law.
Inke Reuter studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and the Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms University in Bonn. In the course of her legal traineeship, Inke Reuter worked for leading commercial law firms in the field of corporate law and in the legal department of a DAX-listed company.
Consulting focus
Inke Reuter advises on real estate law, corporate law and M&A, litigation & arbitration and commercial law. The main focus of her work is advising medium-sized companies on the conclusion, negotiation and execution of contracts, in particular commercial leases and contracts in the pharmaceutical sector. Inke Reuter also has particular experience in closing real estate and corporate transactions. Due to her many years of representing clients in court, Inke Reuter is also able to assess risks and minimize them for her clients.
