Peter Lamers is a partner at KPMG Law, heads the Legal Public Sector Operations solution as well as Healthcare Law, and is the Essen office manager.
Both in providing legal advice in the Ruhr region and in advising the public sector on its entrepreneurial activities throughout Germany, Peter Lamers is able to draw on a multi-disciplinary team and the knowledge and experience of more than 900 legal colleagues from Germany and around the world, as well as on the entire KPMG network. As a member of Leadership Health Care, he also coordinates our advisory services in the regulated health care market together with his colleagues at KPMG AG. In this exciting and agile environment, we support our clients from payers, service providers and the pharmaceutical industry.
Peter Lamers has in-depth experience in the establishment and structuring of both private and public companies, in transformation measures of all kinds, including mergers to form inter-municipal companies, the identification and introduction of necessary public corporate governance elements, and the development and implementation of risk and compliance management systems in the company and in the group structure.
