Gracjan Modrzyk joined KPMG Law as an attorney in 2018. He advises German and foreign companies on all issues of individual and collective labor law and social security law.
One focus of his work is advising on all legal issues relating to the use of external personnel, both with regard to the investigation of past and current contractual relationships with external employees and temporary workers and with regard to the establishment of compliance management systems for the legally compliant commissioning of third-party personnel and their use in the company. He also assists companies with reorganizations and restructurings, including the negotiation of reconciliations of interests and social plans. His claim is always to combine legal expertise and entrepreneurial understanding and thus to develop a customized, practical and legally sound solution for the client.
