Our International Business segment with 24 focused country desks guarantees you central coordination at all times

Cross-border projects regularly present companies with complex legal and organizational challenges. Mandates arise in particular in international transactions, restructurings, relocations, investments abroad and projects involving several jurisdictions, legal systems and parties. In addition to legal classification, clear coordination, consistent advice and reliable project management are becoming increasingly important.

KPMG Law supports companies, investors and public clients in the legal management of international projects. The KPMG Global Legal Network comprises more than 3,850 lawyers in over 80 jurisdictions, supplemented by a qualified Best Friend Panel of selected cooperation law firms in a further 27 jurisdictions. To bundle and coordinate cross-border mandates, KPMG Law Germany has set up its own International Business Segment, which centrally manages 24 focused country desks (Country Practices) and acts as a fixed point of contact for international mandates.
