  • Food vouchers

    Our locations with canteen offer you fresh, healthy meals at discounted prices every day. At locations without their own canteen, you will receive food vouchers for each day that you work on site for at least one hour.

  • 30 days vacation

    Full-time employees are entitled to 30 days’ vacation per year, with additional special vacation days added in the event of a wedding, relocation, etc.

  • Equipment

    As a pioneer in the field of LegalTech, we attach great importance to innovative and modern equipment in our offices. In addition to the use of state-of-the-art software and hardware, this also includes a company cell phone with which you can use call and data services at home and abroad for official purposes. Within Germany, you can also use the smartphone privately.

  • Salary continuation in the event of illness

    We continue to pay your full gross salary for six weeks in the event of illness.

    In addition, after five years of service, we pay the difference between sick pay and your net monthly salary for six weeks. After ten years, this period increases to twelve weeks. This applies from the 43rd day of incapacity for work, provided you are entitled to sickness benefit.

  • Fixed compensation plus performance and results-based compensation

    Fixed salary

    With us you will receive a competitive gross monthly salary. The amount of the annual salary adjustment offers the opportunity to take your individual potential into account and is renegotiated annually depending on the business success of KPMG Law.

    Bonus

    You will participate in KPMG Law’s business success through your bonus from day one. The bonus consists of a One-KPMG bonus and an individual bonus. The amount of the bonus is discussed at the annual bonus conference.

  • Company pension plan

    Together with our cooperation partners BVV and Allianz, we offer the possibility of a company pension plan. To this end, we have agreed special conditions for our employees in group contracts. The options available to you are direct insurance, pension fund and provident fund.
