Biography

Dr. Lisa Kopp provides comprehensive advice to companies and their corporate bodies on issues of stock corporation and capital markets law. She has extensive experience in accompanying shareholders‘ meetings as well as advising her clients in special situations such as pending mergers, corporate actions, transformation measures and squeeze-outs. Her advisory practice also includes assisting companies and corporate bodies in connection with potential directors‘ and officers‘ liability cases as well as providing ongoing advice on corporate law issues and corporate governance matters.

She studied law at the University of Bayreuth and, after obtaining her doctorate on a copyright law topic, completed her legal clerkship in Augsburg. Prior to joining KPMG Law, Dr. Lisa Kopp worked for a large German commercial law firm.
