KPMG Law advises HEMRO International AG on the acquisition of Xenia Espresso GmbH

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) provided legal advice to HEMRO Group, a global manufacturer of coffee grinders and grinding technologies headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, on the acquisition of Xenia Espresso GmbH, a manufacturer of espresso machines, by acquiring all shares in the company from its sole shareholder.

HEMRO Group, which includes the brands Mahlkönig, Ditting, Anfim and HeyCafé, has around 320 employees worldwide with production facilities in Germany, Italy and China and a global network of over 140 trading and sales partners. The HEMRO Group sees itself as a global market and innovation leader in the field of coffee preparation.

As part of the project, KPMG Law provided legal advice on the drafting and negotiation of the contract underlying the merger.
