Companies are increasingly relying on AI-based solutions to optimize processes and become more competitive. AI systems are finding their way into human resources (“HR”) departments. From applicant selection to employee development, many tasks are being simplified and made more efficient by AI. But what opportunities and risks does the use of AI in HR entail?
