Biography

Ulrich Thölke has been a partner at KPMG Law since 2009 and heads the Berlin office, having previously been a partner at another major international law firm. The constant desire to ask the right questions, coupled with the realization that not all answers come from corporate law, led him to KPMG Law at that time. KPMG, with its high quality standards and incredible professional breadth, allows him to implement his multidisciplinary consulting approach at all times. He deals with corporate law passionately and in all its professional breadth: drafting contracts and restructuring for all types of companies, resolving contentious disputes, including before the courts, and also advising on issues relating to the law of associations.
