Biography

Thomas Giering has been with KPMG Law since 2021. As Senior Manager, he heads the Leipzig office.

The focus of his advice is on the design and implementation of compliance management systems, taking into account the links to other governance systems. In the context of advising SMEs, this is done taking into account their particular challenges. His focus is on organizational law advice, policy management and transaction-related compliance due diligence. His sector focus is on industrial manufacturing and media?

Since 2019, he has been teaching courses on regulatory offense and criminal law at the University of Leipzig and regularly publishes specialist publications
