Rainer Krall is a Senior Manager at KPMG Law in the Financial Services practice. He advises on all aspects of financial regulatory law, acquiring particular expertise in investment law Rainer Krall has relevant experience in advising capital management companies in compliance with the requirements of the German Investment Code (KAGB) and European requirements (such as, in particular, the AIFMD, the Disclosure Regulation and the Taxonomy Regulation). In this respect, he benefits from his many years of experience as an in-house lawyer, which he was able to gather in the legal department of a capital management company. Rainer Krall also advises institutions under the German Banking Act (KWG) and securities institutions under the Securities Trading Act (WpIG) on all legal issues relating to supervisory law (such as the application for, extension of or return of licenses under the KWG or WpIG) as well as insurance companies.
