Jana Sichelschmidt-Fringer is a Senior Manager in the Legal Financial Services department at KPMG Law. She is admitted as a German lawyer and as a solicitor (England & Wales) and holds an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
She advises financial institutions, investors and companies on banking and capital markets law. Her focus is on national and international financing transactions, in particular acquisition financing and syndicated loans, as well as equity and debt capital transactions.
In addition, she has extensive experience in the design and implementation of legal processes and in the digitalization of legal functions, particularly in the context of complex transactions.
