Franz Jakob Schipp has been working for KPMG Law since his admission to the bar in 2020. Mr. Schipp studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität-Münster with a focus on tax law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, including a stint in the legal department of a DAX-listed company.
He advises clients on national and international corporate transactions, reorganizations and restructurings, reorganization measures, the drafting, legal design and implementation of corporate and organizational structures as well as issues of general corporate law.
