Florian Wagner studied law at the University of Regensburg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Darmstadt Regional Court and the Berlin Court of Appeal, including a period at a commercial law firm in Munich. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has worked in the Financial Services practice area at KPMG Law.

Florian Wagner is a Senior Manager in Legal Financial Services and was admitted to the bar in 2012. The main focus of his practice is legal advice on national and international syndicated financings, structured financings (e.g. acquisition and restructuring financings) and real estate financings.
