Felix Brandes has many years of experience as an in-house lawyer for a major German bank and as an external legal advisor. His practice focuses on banking supervisory law and compliance as well as advising on capital markets law issues, in particular with regard to trading and settlement of derivatives and securities.
Felix Brandes has advised various market infrastructure projects. He also has in-depth knowledge of the requirements of the Benchmark Regulation and assisted one of the world’s largest index providers in documenting the index terms. Other areas of his practice include the requirements of the Pillar II framework and regulatory developments with respect to crypto trading.
