Biography

Jan T. Tenner advises clients on the design and implementation of construction projects in the public and private sectors. A precise understanding of the client’s needs enables us to provide practical advice, taking into account the interaction between procedural requirements under public procurement law and the coverage of needs under civil law. Only in this way is it possible and meaningful to provide comprehensive advice on the requirements of determination and meeting the client´s demand, contract law, and also subsidy law when procuring project management, planning, and construction services.

In the search for solutions to complex legal issues, an in-depth understanding of the economic influences as well as the political context is required. That is its performance claim.
