Biography

Andreas Wieland advises banks and other financial institutions comprehensively on issues of German and European financial supervisory law.
One focus is on the regulatory challenges surrounding the digital transformation of the financial sector. He also has extensive experience advising on M&A and outsourcing transactions involving financially regulated entities and related regulatory issues, as well as restructuring and workout matters.
