Conversion law
After training as a financial assistant, Constanze Hudelmaier studied law at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg im Breisgau. Already during her studies, she worked as a student trainee in a medium-sized commercial law firm, where she continued to work as a research assistant in the field of commercial and corporate law after her first state examination. During this time, she already discovered her enthusiasm for tax-related business law consulting, which she practiced after her second state examination, first in the tax department of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and since 2007 at KPMG Law.
Consulting focus
Constanze Hudelmaier advises in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as M&A. The focus of her work is advising medium-sized companies and national/international groups in the area of general commercial law, in particular in corporate restructurings. It has particular experience in cross-border transformations. In her multidisciplinary projects, she particularly appreciates the intensive cooperation with the auditors and tax advisors of KPMG AG, which enables her to provide a holistic consulting approach for her clients.
