As a lawyer and tax advisor, Arndt Rodatz has specialized in criminal tax law, white-collar crime and tax litigation since 2001 and is deputy head of KPMG Law’s practice group of the same name.
One focus of his practice is defense counseling vis-à-vis law enforcement authorities in criminal tax cases. Arndt Rodatz advises his clients on the identification of risks under criminal tax law and the law on fines as well as comprehensively and in a solution-oriented manner on subsequent declarations and voluntary disclosures. In addition, he represents and defends clients in criminal tax and administrative fine proceedings that have already been initiated.
In addition, Arndt Rodatz specializes in advising on money laundering law and the transparency register. He also defends clients in these areas during investigations of suspected crimes or misdemeanors.
In addition to his consulting activities, he regularly lectures on topics related to criminal tax law and money laundering law.
