What can you expect?

We take a look at the main legal challenges in 2026 and would like to discuss them with you.

As last year, the day will begin with a keynote speech on the current geopolitical challenges. This presentation will be given by Stefano Moritsch (Global Lead Geopolitics, KPMG International) and Dr. Benedikt Herles (Co-Lead Geopolitics, KPMG Germany). The two speakers will describe and categorize current geopolitical events.

Prof. Dr. Heiko von der Gracht (Head of Technology Foresight, KPMG Germany) will then explain how organizations can use foresight methods such as scenario planning and trend analyses to anticipate uncertainties, evaluate potential disruptions and develop robust strategies for sustainable competitiveness.
