Biography

Steffen Huber is a partner at KPMG Law and works in the areas of corporate/M&A and corporate succession. As a lawyer and tax advisor, he has been providing legal and tax advice to German and international family businesses for over 25 years on corporate succession, including foundation structures, corporate restructuring, the purchase and sale of companies and the implementation of supervisory bodies. From 2017 to 2023, he was CFO of a large German family business.

Steffen Huber regularly lectures on legal and tax law topics and supports supervisory board/advisory board mandates in various family businesses.
