Kai-Oliver Giesa specializes in legal issues relating to corporate purchasing, production and distribution. In particular, he advises his clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts and assists them in the enforcement of and defense against claims. One focus of his practice includes the area of product liability. He has extensive experience in building and restructuring distribution systems.
From 2010 to 2021, he worked as a lawyer at CMS Hasche Sigle. In 2014, he supported a US conglomerate on a secondment. He has been a fellow of the Academy for American and International Law, Dallas, Texas, since 2018.
