KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) strengthens its Legal Process & Technology division with Kai Jacob.
Kai Jacob
has joined KPMG Law as of July 1, 2021. As a partner, based in Frankfurt am Main, he strengthens the teams of
Philipp Glock
and
Andreas Bong
both Co-Head Legal Process & Technology. Jacob joins from Deloitte Legal, where he served as Of Counsel since 2019 with a focus on legal management consulting, winning and managing various transformation projects in that role. Prior to that, he spent twelve years at SAP supporting the digital transformation of various companies.
Kai Jacob joined the International Association of Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) in 2004, was elected to the board in 2012 and became chairman in 2018. With like-minded people, he founded the Liquid Legal Institute (e.V.), which he has chaired as Co-CEO from the beginning. As a result, he not only has contact with large companies, but also with the scientific community and associations.
“The addition of Kai Jacob is a result of the growth of our legal operations and legal technology consulting practice,” commented Philipp Glock. “In Kai Jacob, we are gaining a colleague who not only has years of experience in this field, but is passionate about the further development of legal services, whether from legal departments or law firms. Together with him, we will consistently drive forward the expansion of our service portfolio.”
